Best 3 star hotel we have stayed at in Italy. Excellent customer service. We travelled with our dog and they could not have been more obliging and helpful. Upgraded our room to a balcony room. Room very spacious, bathroom spacious and staff very friendly.

Very comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Perfect for business stay. Or alternative for saving 20-30 EUR per night (stay in a bigger city with the same conditions will cost more expensive). Rooms are spacious and clean, lovely set of toiletries, tasty breakfast. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. And cafe-shop with mozzarella buffalo on the other side of the street.

The hotel was nice, it was clean. My only real complaint is that the beds were very hard...we were actually sore in the morning, and didn't sleep well. I would also suggest bringing your own hair dryer, since theirs was a weird hose that blew air.

Nice clean hotel with big rooms and all amenities. Our suite was very large and had all we needed. The staff was super helpful and the policies are not at all hung up. You can even get food delivered to your room. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Only downside is that it is starting to get worn down ( a couple of wooden fixtures were loose and the hair-blower kind of came apart) very decent price too
